Vanderbilt University seeks a highly experienced candidate to lead professional development sessions with a select group of school principals and vice-principals in Abu Dhabi. The job would require two weeks per month in Abu Dhabi and one week per month in the US. Time in Abu Dhabi will be spent facilitating workshops and group professional developments sessions for school leaders and supporting Vanderbilt staff who are providing school-based coaching to leadership teams. Time in the US will be spent collaborating with the Vanderbilt-based team to develop the curriculum to be delivered at the group sessions Abu Dhabi. The initial appointment is for 5 months, beginning February 1 and commencing July 1, 2012, with the possibility for an extension after the initial contract period.
